More breakfasty really. Pecorino cheese omelette, Tomkin tomatoes* baked in the oven with a drizzle of oil and streaky bacon in a toasted brioche bun.
*Tomkin tomatoes are less tart than cherry tomatoes, larger with more flesh. Lovely.
Question:
Should I open this?

That’s barely a snack for you. Are you feeling okay?
And yes, of course you open it. Is that even a question?

I slept most of the day and woke up peckish but not overly hungry.
It was this or burgers, felt I’ll do some wagyu burgers tomorrow.
If I open the bottle, I’ll have to drink all of it. Yep, your right. Opening it now.

My mom made a frankly outlandish mother’s day lunch for the family.
It’s 9:30PM as I type and I am still not hungry from that lunch.

I had a “vegetable wrap” for dinner. It was a salad crammed into a rolled-up tortilla. I’m still hungry.

I like it when you eat so much, you have to have a nap for an hour or so before you can do anything else.
It usually happens at christmas but I sometimes feel tired half way through christmas dinner as I’ve been up all day cooking and chasing people out of the kitchen and I’d of drank nearly a whole bottle of Irish whiskey.

Vegetable wrap??? What no meat, at all?
Go get some food, you’ll be wasting away lad.
My favourite wrap has got to be donner kebab meat with a bit of salad and garlic mayo. Amazing.

Isn’t that at least 5 sausages and a steak short of a full meal for you?
I had a deluxe Bacon cheeseburger from Wendys for dinner... and a side salad.
As for whether you should open the wine... sure... why not?

Yeah, it’s sometimes overwhelming, specially around holidays, I think I need to prepare for the summer festivities in my “pueblo” which involve significant amounts of food and alcohol.

I slept most of the day so while peckish I wasn’t that hungry.
I was considering making a burger, but thought I’ll making one for lunch tomorrow or something.
I’ve some nice wagyu burgers, brioche buns, mozzarella, chilli chutney and some streaky bacon.
That burger looks good, bar the lettuce. Sometimes i’m okay, sometimes, not so much.
The wine is nearly over. It’s either whiskey or tequila next.

I like cooking at christmas because it gets me away from the family and all the peaks and troughs of craziness and boredom that comes with it.
When your cooking, people tend to leave you alone and is the only acceptable position to tell someone to bugger of as your busy should they come and want to walk or shoot the breeze. Lol.

That does look amazing. The tortilla is cooked and everything!
Yeah, the wife says that there’s a little too much of me around, so I’m being encouraged to trim the fat.

Ye’, people say that about me.
I tell them it’s bought and paid for and I’m the one carrying.
But you can’t say that when it’s SWMBO* that says it. Lol.
